How fast can you fill a shift?
We reply to confirm what we can cover. Availability depends on role, location and notice.
How are workers screened?
Before a worker is offered shifts we sight and record their White Card, ID and right to work (VEVO check for visa holders). Tickets like traffic control or forklift are recorded with expiry dates. Site-specific inductions and supervision remain with the site.
Who is the employer?
GetLabourers (SYDNEY PRO PAINTING PTY LTD) employs workers as casual employees and handles award pay, casual loading, super, PAYG and workers compensation.
What about insurance and WHS?
We hold workers compensation and public liability insurance. You provide the site induction, supervision and site safety controls; we brief workers on PPE and to follow site rules.
How is pricing calculated? Is GST included?
One hourly rate per role covering wages, super, insurance and our fee. Rates exclude GST; GST is added to the weekly invoice.
Can I ask for the same people again?
You can tell us who worked well and we will try to offer them your next shifts, subject to their availability. We decide final allocation.

Sydney.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No lock-in contract and no placement fees. You agree to our terms of service when you book.
